What are some great /fit stir fry combos. I'm cutting right now and looking for good low-cal stir fries. What vegtables/seasonings do you use? How much oil do you use?Do you add rice? Do you use chicken,shrimp,calamari..ect

So technically fried rice is stir fry, huh?

I didint make that, I just googled stir fry and got one of the first pics.
I made stir fry today and used
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli
- 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots
- 6oz chicken cut into small peices
- 1 cup brown rice
and basically all the seasonings I have
- garlic
- Italian seasoning mix
Then at the end I also poured a little buffalo sauce on it and mixed it. Tasted pretty good. I'm probobly going to make some squid stir fry tommorow but not sure what would go good with it.
So i usually get whatever vegetables or proteins I can find. I particularly like onions carrots or mushrooms and then getting any meat. Sometimes i toss in some pineapple

The nice thing about stir fry is they're basically a blank slate you can put almost anything in and it's delicious. Oil? One and a half servings of olive oil. I like to sweat some garlic and onions, add whatever vegetable you want. Little bit of soy sauce, if you like things like chili oil or any sort of hot sauce works and rice if you want to extend it to multiple meals. It's pretty great.

That sounds good. But the butter and bacon combined doesn't make it too greasy does it?
