This is definitely true.. I noticed there are a couple black guys that started working out a lot at my school gym last spring and they were pretty small and now all of them are pretty big, almost as big as the biggest dudes at the gym and a lot of these guys have been there for years. For the most part they definitely have an advantage and can gain muscle and strength faster than others.. Obviously there are exceptions and I have seen small little ecto blacks but that is not the norm.

Check this out. There are more black athletes than white athletes in professional sports. I was talking to a black friend of mine about this the other day. We both contributed this to evolution to an extent.

Gotta say that Italians run a close second. I happen to be Italian and started working out at 18 years old. I weighed 170 at 5'11". In 2 1/2 years I reached 210lbs. with 18" arms COLD with a 48" chest just standing in a relaxed postion (51" flexed). And this was attained all natural, I still am natural at 33 years old and weigh 217 with a much better and bigger pair of legs. Getting ready to do my 1st cycle!!

A lot of Italian guys I know have same genetics and develop pretty fast and are very strong.

I run a small store and have a few apt. units. My next door neighbor lady is dating a man from West Africa and suggested I rent to his brother as I had an opening. He comes from a big group of relatives and buddies who all hang out together and came over from Africa about 5 years ago.

Anyway, one day she explains to him that I was a bodybuilder/weightlifter and he kinda looked at her funny. Neither he or his brothers and friends exercise in any way and 4 out of 5 of them are bigger, taller and more muscular than me by far!

Even my new friend, though a littler guy, is ripped as hell and really doesn't do anything but hang out all day.

I have to be pretty heavy on the sauce to just compete with natural black guys.
