/fit/izens I need help. I had an amazing work out yesterday and I can't stop eating today. I'm 1500 over my planned caloric intake for the day (which is 2000, on a cut).
How bad am I ruining my cut? Is my body in over drive eating mode today because I had a great lifting session and did 2 hours of cardio?
