Idk if I should bulk or cut. I have some on and off experience with weight lifting and have been cutting from 200lbs to 183lbs. I'm 6ft tall. I feel like I'm around 23%bf. Cutting around 2000cals and it fuckin sucks so idk if I should Continue cutting or clean bulk. My lifts are 155 bench 225 squat 255 deadlift
