Hey /fit/ I have been at it, lifting on my own with my personal weight set and i have bulked up, but I still have problems with belly and nipple/chest fat. If anyone has any gud advice I would be much appreciative.
Body weight 175-180
height 5'9"-5'10" (depends on the day)

eat this lardass and actually lift. Drink coffee in the morning to suppress appetite.
