Is deloading a meme? I'm still a relatively new lifter and I lift heavy and intensely 4 times a week. After some cursory research I figured I'd try it this week but I'm just not sure.
New lifters dont need deloads cus u recover quick enough. Later on tho (1-2yrs down the road) youll start deloading every 6 weeks or smth then 4 weeks
