If you can do weighted dips, but you dont have them included in routine or rotation of lifts, then you are missing out on some good gains.

Not worth the pain for me. I used to dip with something like 40+ kgs but the pain was so bad I was sure I was fucking something up.
I don't feel I'm missing much by doing cable crossovers.

I do 3 sets of 10 dips every day and once a week I got heavy
1 set no weight
1 set 1 45
2 sets 2 45s
1 set 3 45s.
Plus I weight 200 at 6'0
Triceps make the arm. When it pops it's a crowd pleaser
