I just started taking it via supplement form. Heard it can help with joint pain and I've always had an issue with my left rotater cuff. It costs next to nothing so I'm giving it a try.

Taking it with milk thistle and apple cider vinegar pills for my liver. Have not seen any effects yet. About to buy some garlic pills as well.

Not drinking for awhile though lel
