Third day of a fast. Water and red bull. One red bull a day just cause I dont want caffeine withdraws when keto flu hits.

Still hungry and want to stop the fast for keto. Got low cal veggies cut up in freezer and eggs plus bacon at home.

When is this glorious point in the fast where constant hunger stops?
