drink three 8 oz glasses of spirulina
eat a handful of raw cacao
eat a tablespoon of coconut oil
do as many pushups as you can (this parts important to push it as hard as you can)
do this daily and you can sit at a computer all day while losing 2-3 pounds every 24 hours. just cut down on your pigging out by about 10-15%, you can still eat a lot of junk food.
you can sit on your ass all day and lose weight if you do this
now, if you want to take it to the next level (for those who aren't as lazy)
do what i prescribed above but also run half a mile everyday on top of that and you can lose an extra pound a day
it varies for every person, for me it's about 4-5 pounds per day lost at this rate if i run too.
bottom line, this myth that losing weight is "hard" is total balogne. losing weight is a breeze if you are consuming the right supplements and doing very little fitness, you dont need to run until you collapse. when i stop all supplements and fitness i gain weight very quickly.
