>inwardly rotated shoulders
>can't fully extend/lock out my arms when I retract my scapula

I can't get contact in my chest during any chest press variation this way, I only feel it in my delts. Wtf do I do? I keep my elbows about 45 degrees out from my body, and I've tried various grips and had no improvement pls help

Do rows at every workout, and do them right. Do static hangs where you contract your shoulders only. Don't skip deadlifts. Do wall angels every 30 minutes through the day.

Fixing this problem will make a bigger impact in your appearance and how people view you than anything you will ever do on benchpress. So make it a priority.
