Can you hmu with a good stretching routing that doesn't take too long?
I used to do starting stretching but I dislike the last 2 and I'm not sure whether a minute each stretch is really necessary.

I've found for general posture and safe lifting, these 4 matter the most:
Pike stretch (for hamstrings)
Deep hip lunge stretch (for psoas)
Bar/Band dislocates (for pecs)
Downward dogs (for shoulders & upper spine)
