Ok /fit/ i've been cutting for a while now , and i've been doing around 30 mins of jump rope as cardio , with weight lifting. I wanna lower my bodyfat , and burn bit of belly i have left. What is better to burn fat ? I have both at home , and would like to know what is really better.
Do 100+ skips per minute for 3 minutes and you'll burn fat and have some firm calf muscles
