I meet all the criteria, I also have slightly crooked teeth. I've seen various dentists allthrough my lifetime, how come they never told me about this?

Been a mouth breather my entire life. I have a very defining jaw as an adult now. If your that insecure about it sugery is really the only fix. You cant change bone structure naturally.

Surgery to fix it, beard to hide it.

I guess you have a good back prosture and have your mouth closed while sleeping as child.
You gotta understand that I had an alergic reaction as a kid to something and my nose was stuffed 24/7, I was poking my noise 24/7 as well
