anyone tried the catalyst front squat emphasis program?
when doing heavy c&j i often get pinned in the hole. wondering if a better front squat would fix that and also make my jerk better.

my c&j PR is at ~68% of my back squat PR, so i guess im not that efficient either

Front squats will definitely help, but back squats are just as useful - a lot of lifters barely do front squats because back squats do the job just as well (and are a bit safer).

Same goes with the jerk. Just keep grinding through squat PR's and your lifts will naturally increase, but also try and put a lot of practice into the lifts as well around 70/80% of PR for 2 or 3 reps for technique whilst still using enough weight to makes gains.

honestly this is the average sort of girl i wish i had been having one night stands with in college

nothing really noteworthy about her but it would be a good night of feeling like you're normal. i'd almost rather bang her than someone objectively prettier because at that point you're like "ok you're banging me but you're out of my league, what's your angle"

Does it mean that a single set is 2x clean pull, then 2x hang clean, or is it 1x HP 1XHC 1XHP 1HC or is it simply 1xHP 1HC

Also, do I have to go heavy on the HP ? like 105% ? Probably not since I have to do a hang clean after ?

HP + HC, rest, HP + HC
If you can HC 105% of your clean and jerk, then your maxes are fucky. I wouldn't go any higher than about 90% for that if you're trying to build power/strength, and I'd stay below 80% if it were about technique and speed.

Hate yourself, it's a good motivation, but keep praticizing and remember: it's not a strenght sport, you got to put tecnique in it. You jump and transfer the power to the shoulders, like you want to do a flip back jump. It is not power lifting.

Always keen squats going, even if the ratio is off.

So yes, you'll want to film yourself and analyse where the lift could be improved - perhaps you are slow to get under the bar, the bar drifts away from you after the second pull, the bar drifts around your knees in the first pull, your extending to early, or perhaps you are thinking too much to 'hit' the bar forward instead of up. There are a lot of potential errors. The best thing to do is post a form check so we can take a look at it, or if you are not wanting to do that study the hookgrip videos and compare as much as you can and watch informational technique videos.

Whilst some technique seems very complex, its actually taught very straight forward, for example,, I know someone who went to the Chinese seminars hosted by Ma strength and they basically teach the technique on both lifts like this:

1. Strong back to begin, Strong legs
2. Pull bar straight, strong legs
3. Extend and get under bar
