What is wrong with my body /fit/ ?

I'm 6.2 and 175lbs, been clean bulking because DYEl and skinny fat but I find my body to get more and more disgusting.

Is it just high bf% or do I have shitty insertions ?

I'm pretty sure I have gyno and I dont know if all my fat goes into my hips or if they are just wide

I'm on a PPL and have been lifting 6x/week with compound movements on 5x5 at the beggining of my workout

Seconding your other reply - you are definitely over 20% body fat. You look like me before I started lifting.
Start cutting right now. You have no business bulking if you're over 15%. Cut to around 10%, and never go above 15% after that. Also, start doing some weighted dips, jesus christ.

Well that settles it imma drop some fat. My TDEE is at 2800, I can drop it at 2000 and eat 160grm of protein a day.

Do I still stay on a PPL while doing so ?

You need to focus on hypertrophy. The more muscle mass you gain while eating enough good food, will help you to keep fat off. Forget bulking and cutting. Lift in the range of 10 to 12 good heavy sets. Add sets to each body part when training.

Do your heavy rows. Do your heavy presses. Keep it simple. Get enough sleep.

If you do this it will happen.

That's what happens when you "bulk" as a complete novice who isnt a complete skelly.
Bulking as a novice, unless you're severely underwheight, is fucking retarded.
You're gonna be able to ride noob gains for a while, and even after that you're gon a be able to progress on a calorie deficit for a while.
Only advanced lifters or people that want to progress that extra 2% in strenght should bulk/cut
Do fullbody as long as you progress, ppl for beginners is reddit-tier
