After stalling out on my pullups and OHP I've decided to try out unilateral lat pulls and shoulder presses, and holy shit what a strength difference.
Normally my pull-ups stall at 3 sets of decreasing reps (10,8,4-6) at a BW of 190lbs. I was able to pull 130lbs for 3x12 on each side.
My OHP was 1pl8 for a 5 rep max, but I was able to press 80lbs on each side for 3x10.
What fucking sorcery is this?
Anyone else tried that? Did you find noticeable improvements?
