So I've decided that I am going to be eating healthy from now on, as I wish to get the benefits of getting the right nutrients on a daily basis. The only problem I have is, I don't know what food to eat in order to get all the nutrients I need every day. I'm also not planning on taking any supplements. I'm looking for some advice on how to be the healthiest I can possibly be, any advice at all would be much appreciated.

Sweet potatoes, fruits, flaxseeds, lentils and kale all u need bby girl. Also use chronometer!!!!!!!
