I want to get more into running but always HAVE to stop around 15 minutes or else I'll literally shit myself. Its a daily problem and I can't improve my run time because of it. How do I stop the running poops /fit/, has anyone else had this problem?

because you could do short circuit warmup run, tactical poo, then run again

me personally if im in the fasting state (not eaten for a while) and had like a gluttonous dinner the night before, after the first real shit of the day, more shits with not much substance but enough that its not just a fart will be needed
