Gonna bulk soon. I was wondering if I should be gaining 0.5 or 1 lbs per week. I'm around 12-13% body fat and I don't want to lose my abs and adonis belt. What would the more experienced guys here recommend?
You could gain 1% a week, but if you want to keep some remblence of abs, only bulk to 15-16% bodyfat.
