Anyone else have this? I had to stop deadlifting because my left lower back would become tight and uncomfortable. Gymbro also pointed out that my back looked unevenly flexed while I was doing rows.
My left hip is noticeably higher. Has anyone else fixed this? What did you do?

I discovered this just last friday. Went to chiro and he was like bro you're hips are fucked. did some massage and some "adjustments" (goddamn for real), helped but not fixed yet. the muscles you want to look at are gluteus medius (sp?) and some of the deep low back muscles that go from spine out to hip. good luck m8

I have this too. Have been able to minimise it using unilateral exercises and working on my standing posture in the mirror, as I'm leaning too heavily on my left leg when I stand and walk, which I believe is what caused the problem. Also when I lie down I can feel that the right side of my abs are more engaged than my left. Staying conscious of this, focussing on strengthening my core with heavy anti-rotational exercises, and doing unilateral exercises, are what has worked for me so far.
I have lower back scoliosis which produces similar problems. Trying to put more weight on the side of the bar where my body is weaker.
