Pray to God. Exercise. Keep yourself busy. Nofap isn't about controlling your hands, or even your mind, it's about controlling your eyes. Physically look away whenever confronted with anything lustful, whether it's a girl dressed in a certain way, or a sexual scene in a movie. If you simply do not view sexually arousing things you will be surprised at how much easier it gets. Still lusting and day dreaming about women just makes things very difficult.
It's a long process. Just be grateful you have found out about it, whether it takes you years to master, it's worth it. I've been celibate for around 3 and a half years... I'm telling you it's worth it.
