Yo /fit/ bros I need to change my diet from eating 10 k calories a day to something that will not kill me because I am a 400 lbs ham planet that needs to loss 200 lbs. Using my virgin intellect I thought it would be a good idea to get a cookbook so I can cut the fast food and watch my eating habits, but I have no idea on what kinda cookbook a ham planet like me could use. So if anyone could recommend one I could get that would be pretty dope.
