How fast would a routine like PHAT/PHUL or a PPL give you an aesthetic upper body if you already have a strength base from doing strength routines for 2 years? I'm 6'2 and 186 lbs

the question is how important is lower body strength to you? Because in your case I'd go full on radical reprogramming mode and only focus on upper body volume work

At this point i'd just like to maintain my lower body strength as my legs are plenty big enough for my bf%. Going by your second statement would it be better to neglect legs for a while until my upper body catches up?
