Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? Everyone tells me it's not healthy and that i will lose muscle, but everything else points to benefits. What exactly are you suppose to eat twice a day to still burn fat and build alot of muscle?
i do it, but only because i'm too much of a pussy to do longer fasts, i go full 24 hours without eating
All the ''benefits'' are a meme. It's just used as a calorie restriction tool so you eat less.
