How much muscle per 1kg will the loss be counting from start of ketosis? The way I understand this is the order of burning energy reserves

And lifting religiously while at it should prevent muscle loss by accelerating transition from carbohydrate reserves to fat usage.

You have to take into consider the muscle sparing effect of heightened hgh release as well.
In short just do it, if your fasting and trying to gain size your doing it very inefficiently or trying to recomp.
