How much muscle per 1kg will the loss be counting from start of ketosis? The way I understand this is the order of burning energy reserves

>glycogene (liver)
>glycogene (muscles)
>visceral fat
>muscle-bound fat
>skeletal muscles
>other muscles (death comes here)
And lifting religiously while at it should prevent muscle loss by accelerating transition from carbohydrate reserves to fat usage.
I've been trying to find some articles from Google Scholar and seems little researched.
