I'm suck of lurking on and off instead of sticking to one routine. I'm sick of going on the internet endlessly until all I'm doing it is sleeping and eating. My ass is flat from sitting on my ass all day and my stomach has a beer belly but I don't drink any alcohol. The rest is just skin and bones
I need to do something about my health. I've read the sticky many times but all I have are adjustable dumbells (up to 50lb ea) that I bought but never really used. Most of the gyms are far away nor do I have any flow of decent cash anyway.
Also a diet plan would be helpful, I have no clue what to buy to eat. I saw keto diet but everything is all over the place to eat. Junk food was never a problem I just don't eat well. What three main meals do you guys eat anyway?
1. Look into body weight exercises.
2. Get a cookbook on Keto food cooking, you really can't have not enough money to cook keto, most ingredients for Keto are cheap
3. Save for a bench (bench press bench) that can adjust in angle and with the Dumbbells you should have a variety of exercises you can do
