Can you just Chuck frozen fruit straight into a bender to crush it up for a smoothie? I've heard you can but I don't want to just try it and risk wasting wee pieces of broken blades

Cum in a shot glass every time you fap and just gulp it down. Literally free protein and testosterone that otherwise wouldve never entered your bloodstream. If you don't like the taste or whatever just drop it into your shake and you wont even taste it.

I make smoothies, here's my tip. Depending on the blender, it's not a great idea to throw frozen fruit straight in, as it may cause the blender to have issues with chopping it up. Pour some milk, yoghurt or something in first, then put the frozen berries on top of that. That way, it won't be jammed with hard frozen fruit, but can cut up whatever goes to the bottom over a bit more time, and the smooties end up nice and fine.

Not a fan. They last a hell of a lot longer than fresh berries, but even after thawing them out they have an unusual taste. Dried fruit is better imo.
