I took 20mg a day for 2,5 months, felt I slept better and was more horny (didnt read the effects online - my buddy just told me it's good if you're lifting). So I took 2 months off and am doing 40mg a day now, crazy horny and crazy dreams.

Zinc in excess of like 300mg a day is considered a low overdose.
Overdose of zinc can cause a false flu and vomiting, coughing, bad shit. But most pharmacy or OTC supplement pills for zinc range from 20-60mg. Basically take it and enjoy your test production
