Focus on one thing at a time. I built muscle and lost fat with my noob gains, but it's not productive. Eat big, but not too big. Try to clean bulk for a couple years while getting your lifts above shit standards.
After 2 years of clean bulking, you can cut to a body quite a bit better looking than this. In fact, if his head wasn't cropped out, you'd be able to easily tell just how small this guy really is.
To be honest I don't really care about being big I just want to be hella lean with solid muscle definition all around.
