Every night, before you rest your little head, go to YouTube.
In YouTube, type in TAPS. Ensure you select a song played by a solo bugle.
Lay flat on your bed. Keep your feet at a 45° angle.
Raise your head off of your pillow about 4 to 5 inches.
Begin listening to the taps song at a loud volume. Maintain a sightline straight up at your ceiling.
Contemplate all of those who didn't make it. The ones who didn't get to witness our big gains. The lost.
Remain in this position for the entirety of TAPS.
Once the last note is played, you may rest your little head. Repeat nightly forever (for reps of 1/day) and you will see big gains.
