on /fit/ I constantly see how people are making shakes that are like 1000+ calories with tons of olive oil, peanut butter, etc. and I see so many people eating at least like 4 eggs a day, tons of chicken breasts, etc.
my question is, how do you guys eat that much? and why? The amount of calories I need a day to gain is about 2800, and I hit that easily just eating various meals and foods, but reasonable amounts. are you guys like making super calorically dense foods and only eating like once a day?
