I need help, /fit/ - what program should I do now? I primarily want to grow my squat, snatch grip deadlift and OHP; what do? My squat is 365, OHP 175, SGDL 405. I'm thinking of program mixing Candito 6 week with lower body and 5/3/1 for OHP with an additional OHP day for pause OHP and z press. Thoughts?

It's a genuine snatch grip. Is there something wrong? Should it be lower or higher? I just started implementing snatch grip deadlift about 3 weeks back and decided to max out a few days back with 405. Could've tried another 10lbs or so but that would've been it for me.

I feel like my squat should be more and I'm not sure if I'm having a bad week or if I'm getting sick but it did fly up fairly smooth but 385 went nowhere. I'm certain I can get 375 but no more at the moment. I squat high bar ATG.

I have been working on my pulling movements quite a bit though, plus everything upper body is my strong suit. Engaging my upper back and hamstrings more aided me in SGDL and a little in my squat.

Do you know what program would help me?

desu your press is the weakest of those three movements. I personally found heavy negatives to be extremely useful in breaking past my ~185lb plateau

Yes, actually. I want to finish up a few goals this year before I dedicate all of my training time towards oly come January. Right now I'm focusing primarily on those three movements with my main accessories being weighted dips, weighted pull ups and barbell row for back development.

Do you think pause OHP and z press would also help? Thanks for helping.
