I failed 140kg x8 once three months ago (yea three months ago I failed 140kg x8, now Im doing 148kg as back of sets after hard work) and failed 200kg attempt (1RM) like four months ago

other than that I just keep on going

I did a lot of flower jumping after hitting 120kg squat and would prob squat a lot more by now if I wasnt stupid, but after 1 year I was just T-nation boy and muuh hepburn and wendler must be great

I did like

SL -> Hepburn and idiot trying to deadlift muh (it was no form at all, injured my back and get off for 2 months) -> get back slowly -> Wendler for 5 months (prob gained like lmao 15kg on squat)-> 160kg squat in febuary this year -> 1 run of C6W -> 180kg squat -> 1 run of Nuckols -> 190kg squat -> Cowboy Method 1 run -> 210kg squat

Conclusion: SL great, Wendler fucking meme, C6W great for squat trash for everything else, Nuckols good, Cowboy Method best cookie cutter program I ever ran

If I went back I would just SL -> Texas, after sometime switch to Cowboy (its better version of Texas)

for bech do Nuckols or TM style, dadlift 1x a week

atm stuff I do is ramp thats somehow similiar to TM style training, wide grip highbar on light day for stabilization work, a lot of upper back and shoulder work (a lot of rotator work, klokov press light). Press stuff that I do hard other than bench is floor press 1x a week and OHP 1x a week. Also progressing same style as bench and ohp on rowing.

elbows under the bar, than you trying to pull it down like you want to break bar on your shoulder blades

it gets you all tight on upper body, than squeeze ass hard and foward lean or not is depending on your build, squeeze ass get legs all tight, make sure bar is on your midfoot when you start and keep it there

getting tight in front squat is a lot easier desu

and highbar and lowbar squats are same, only thing that you change is bar position and degree of foward lean
