2: Less optimal exercises and routines = slower gains.
3: Higher injury rate than literally every other sport statistically because of emphasis on doing dangerous movements for speed and lack of emphasis on proper form.
4: Have to deal with annoying crossfit people.

Unless you need a bunch of people inflating your ego constantly you are 100x better just going to the gym.
