Yup. Pretty nice one too. Got 4 basketball courts, a pool, full free weights section, full machine section, indoor track, sauna, and a treadmill farm. Only issue is the single squat rack but it's always empty. If you can bench 2 plates you're among the top 10% of lifters there.

Those are all one reps, make no mistake. GSLP is a great program and you're gonna look a lot better than I did after doing SS/SL for most of my middle/high school years. For how long I've been at this I should look and perform a lot better (started at like 13 with roughly 2 years off sort of peppered throughout in total), and there's a reason my squat's so close to my dead but my bench is half as developed.

Honestly I'd recommend it. I work on campus and am apart of clubs and stuff. I don't party much anyway cause I'm a chemistry major but if you Join clubs you'll be fine. I personally am apart of model UN and visit the local garden to volunteer. I've met nothing but friendly people

Gym is like a hotel gym, has enough to get swol, but nothing very specialized. Has an indoor racketball court though so I go hard there too.

Only gym goers here that can bench over 135 are the football and rugby teams (and some lax bros). Only a few of these guys can hit two plates.
Squats are around 2.5 plates, but rarely go past parallel.
Almost all the machines are archaic and broken because people like to slam stuff.
There is no athletic office.
