What can a skinny 6'1 135 pound 18 year old do to get a larger chest? I'm looking for any work out tips I can do at home/changes in diet

yes, since starting a few months ago ive been able to knock out about 25 pushups at most but still no change in chest size

If you mean pecs, do flys. If you mean a wider chest, that's mostly bone structure but lateral raises and proper posture can improve it a bit.
Also, you should bulk, that's a really low weight
