Lost 25lbs since November. You can do it too, caloric deficit

Low Carb works wonders for me, but I cant stick with it, my family is Italian and lots of Italian food is made, so its hard to stick to low carb diet for a long time. My point is if you went back to a normal 2000 Cal diet would you gain all the weight back?

25 lbs in about 9 months? increase your deficit. if you're eating at a 500 calorie deficit you should be losing 1 pound a week. You look like you could lose weight very easily. Not trying to sound like an asshole but you should've lost way more in that time

haven't really noticed any loose skin yet tho

I've lost 25 since February and frankly I feel ashamed that it even took that long. But as long as you're losing weight be proud.
