If you are succesful in changing your own diet to a healthy one or losing weight/gaining muscle, she may start doing the same to tag along or because she feels insecure by your development and wants to improve herself to match you. Take her for long walks or even better, some more intensive activity.
If you are already fit as fuck and she is chubby/fat, it will be tough. Don't get her pregnant unless she is fit, because it makes your wife waaay fatter if she is already fat and also makes it immoral to leave.
