Best advice for my body type? Read the sticky and looking into gym membership. Started cardio and trying to adjust diet but i'm bad at this sort of thing so suggestions are appreciated.

Honestly any small change you make will show results. If I were you I would do cardio at 60 to 70 precent of max heart rate for up to an hour a day. Reducing calories is less important than eating good calories. No processed foods or sugar, high far and protein, and complex carbs

Listen here nigger, unless your cardio is swimming or biking, stop that shit unless you want to have your knees rekt.
Just lose weight first by eating below your TDEE. When you're no longer overweight, you may do cardio but don't even think of running until you've been doing long walks (at a normal weight) for a while. You don't even have to lift during this obese-to-normal-weight time frame.

Not op but I have trouble getting to my calorie limit when I'm cutting
I got fat as fuck eating tons of sugar and fried shit, almost to 300 lbs
Now I'm at 235 lbs and I need to stay under 1800 calories but it I can't seem to get past 1400 with healthy food
I cut off everything sugary or unhealthy and I lost my entire appetite over the past year
I barely feel like eating more than 1k calories a day and I'm losing weight but I have super intense sugar cravings
Any way to get my appetite back? I think I'm fucked
