I went to the doctor last week and he recommended I do a ketogenic diet for weight loss. Does anyone have any good food or ingredient suggestions as I'm going to go shopping soon.
Recipe suggestions are welcome also, so far I've got Bacon, Steak, Brocolli, Cheese and Eggs.
