Focus on your posture in public
If you're on your phone, hold it straight in front of you or just slightly below that.
Same with browsing, it's good to place a mirror next to your monitor by your PC so you can always see if you're doing something that would ultimately lead to fucking your posture up.

Sleep without a pillow and put the pillow underneath your knees to straighten your back.
i had it and pretty much fixed it by myself. it still pops out a little when i'm tired but it's fine as long as i'm concious.
i just did the thing where i lay on the ground with my back and palms on the ground. i lift my head and press my tongue to the roof of my mouth for ten seconds. do that until you are able to do ten reps. having a sore tongue is kinda fun
