Drop your routines for arm day, I've been doing the same regimen for a while and I'm getting pretty sick of it and I feel like it's not getting much done. Any tips/advice is helpful

Honestly it doesn't matter so long as you do a fuckload of volume and squeeze the muscle a lot.

when i was doing an arnold split i would do 5 sets of tricep pushdowns supersetted with hammer curls, and 5 sets of skullcrushers supersetted with standing barbell curls
the pumps were nuts

Try reverse barbell curls, feels glorious
