Rest days annoy the hell out of me. I feel like I should be training.
There's only so much planning you can do on rest days.
What do you guys do on your rest days?
i use to feel that way for like the first 6 or so months of lifting, then idk i started to progress slower and felt like i needed them more

don't have them, if i'm not lifting i'm running and if i'm not running i'm doing cardio to supplement running endurance
if my dick is limp and my legs are spaghetti i just sit home and watch netflix in bed while i apply heat and check my email every hour to see if the armed forces have invited me for my interview yet

I watch cartoons
Cook for my following lifting day, read, play maybe an hour of vidya, play with doggo, go to the beach, make knives, or hang out with friends.
Gotta stay eternally busy when I'm awake or the existential dread gets its roots back in.

Try not to have them, I just start back on push day been doing that for 2 years. Was a bitch at the start with doms but now i dont get them at all and ive got a shit load more volume added. Got me on a high 24/7 and now ive added Hiit after each session or a small amount before legs and i feel fantastic
