I work out hard with what I have to gain muscle and burn fat, I'm currently working also but can't afford much to eat special shit to keep up with my diet at the moment.

The only thing I've eaten this week is chicken breast, peanut butter, bread, pasta, butter for the pasta, random vegetables (usually tomato, onion, cucumber, capsicum, lettuce etc, stuff that makes salad easy and effortless and is on sale), potatoes, rice and beans. Almost everything on the list is cheap, except for the chicken.
