Same routine, same weights, but Im not feeling sore anymore, three weeks in now. Time to increase the weight?

Soreness is a newbie thing afaik. I haven't felt sore in months. Just go as far as you can without injuring yourself.

Alright, thanks. Do you know of any dynamic stretching for lifting? I found out about dynamic stretching when I was mostly running everyday, was good for my knees.
