How do you get a thicc neck? I've already been doing neck

In my experience trap training did nothing for my neck (Although you should still train them anyway for the overall look). It wasn't until I added neck isolation that I got results. I use resistance bands and train all 4 sides of my neck, although it might not be necessary to train the sides, but do front and back at least.

Genetics i guess, never really did shrugs or anything like that seriously. My dad and grandpa both have thick necks as well and they never lifted
