potatoes are my favorite bulk food. i eat them with bacon and swordfish. i fry them and mash them. potatoes are very versatile, and inexpensive. i love the taste of yukon gold, but usually mix in some redskin potatoes for texture when i mash them. i really love potatoes for bulking because of how they fill me up. i think potatoes are probably the best bulking food, and i even eat them when i am cutting on cheat days but usually just one potato baked with avocado and chopped shallots as garnish.

They just dig them up with a machine that can do it really fast, then they dip them in a vat full of glyphosate and then after that they simply re-plant them.
