I have been losing weight for about six months now (35lb) though I still have my inner thigh and the pear (sides of stomach) fat. How exactly should I lose these? I lunges and squats help the innerthigh though what gets rid of the sides?
Work more eat less
Run 4-5 times a week
Drink a lot of water
Eat low carb (100-150g a day) and low sugar.
