Been stalling on ohp for over a month now.
Pro tip: add more sets if can't increase the weight and rest adequete time. 5 mins, 8 mins, how long ever long it takes to be able to pull it off.
Ie. 50kgx3x5 -> 50x5x5 -> 52,5x3x5 and so on so forth. Helped me push through my stall.
Stuck on 62.5kg for 5x5 for 2 months
Last set is always insanely hard and i have to rest like 4-5 minutes before i do it
Also starting to get lower back pain when OHPing. Use belt?

Switch it out for a while. Try close grip bench, Z-press, etc. AlphaDestiny has some good OHP variations in a video on his channel.
